Raw is one of the major TV shows that are being telecasted these days by WWE. As the name speaks for it self Raw has some amazing ruthless superstars and divas and is without doubt currently the most famous installment.

WWF began after WCW which can be called as the ancestor of wrestling. After the establishment of world wrestling federation raw came into being. WWF was later changed into WWE; raw began under the management of Eric Bisheof who was the general manager for quite a time. In between however Stone Cold Steve Austin and Coachman also took over. Raw has always leaded the way and has introduced some amazing superstars and along with that there have been new matches such as the escape chamber. To spice up the things now GM of WWE has himself taken over raw. The multi million dollar man is currently doing a good job in raw.

There is competition in every field and same goes in wrestling. Smackdown and raw have been in competition since their creation. Yet raw has held its upper place introducing more attractive events, divas, stars and better coverage. Raw has its own dedicated theme soundtrack that is by Union Underground- move into the music. The soundtrack represents the true spirit of raw. It has indeed added more to the reputation of the show.

Beside the basic theme of man to man wrestling, raw has added something else and has contributed to the business. For this vary reason they have much larger audiences as compared to any other show. They recently launched a new type of pay per view "Taboo Tuesday" in which audience votes about matches. This allowed the people to participate more and have more fun. Already the level of interest has increased to such an extent that RAW has its own game, which has sold more then thousands of copy and has busted all the previous records. It has all the realistic actions and players so everyone can enjoy controlling their idol. Furthermore seeing the interest of people in raw and smackdown a new title has been introduced. RAW vs. SMACKDOWN, this game is already popular and in the new installment the graphics and story line has been improved to such an extent that people feel themselves as a part of wrestling. This helps the popularity of wrestling and has attracted many gamers too. Allover wresting has become a new source of entertainment which will always be liked and besides the cheap tickets the spectators are more interested in the stars and this mania is going to continue for ever.
